Refund Policy

Jewelry, Watches, and Accessories

JewelMore.com offers a Standard 30-day Refund Policy for jewelry and watches. We will process refunds for items that meet the following conditions:

  • Condition of Items for Refund:
    • Items must be in new, unworn, and non-altered condition, including sizing.
    • Thorough inspection of all jewelry and watches is conducted before issuing a refund
  • Exceptions:
    • Please refer to our Jewelry and Watch Returns Condition Policy chart for specific exceptions.
  • Shipping Damage or Tampering:
    • If your item was damaged during shipping or you suspect tampering, contact JewelMore.com immediately. Do not discard the box and/or packaging as the carrier will inspect it to determine fault.

Return Instructions:

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  • Separate Shipments:
    • For jewelry and watches valued at $100 or more, send them separately with only one item per package.
  • Traceable Shipping:
    • Use a traceable shipping method, and we will request a tracking number for each item.
  • Insurance:
    • Insure items valued at $500 or more for their full value. Different carriers have distinct tracking and insurance policies.
  • Security Measures:
    • Do not write on the outside of the package, and refrain from writing directly on watch boxes for security purposes.

Jewelry and Watch Returns Condition Policy:

We assess all returns according to the following conditions:

  • Excellent: (100% Refund minus $10 Inspection Fee and Shipping)
    • Within JewelMore.com's 30-day Return Policy.
    • Pristine showcase condition – new, unworn, and needs no refurbishing.
    • Arrives in new, undamaged, original box or case.
    • Complete with all original parts, links, accessories, certificates, manuals, appraisals, and tags.
    • No evidence of sizing, service, alteration, wear, or blemishes of any kind.
    • Any attached Mylar tags are unbroken.
